Classroom Management Module Create, organize, display, and hold instructor-led events, then capture all training in one place. Administrators/Instructors can easily create training events as recurring or multiple sessions or as one-time events. Our robust system manages instructors, locations, class size, registrations, wait lists, Google map directions, group enrollment, group certificates, and more.
Webinar Management Module Deliver live, dynamic, and interactive Webinar training to anyone, anywhere. This module integrates with your webinar provider software and allows trainers to host, track, manage, and report virtual instructor-led training events. In addition, record your webinar events for future playback.
Certification Track Module This Module supplies you with the tools you need to set training tracks using designated online, classroom and/or webinar courses, seminars, or other learning events. Create tracks for individual employees, groups of users, by positions, by department, by job function—the options are limitless!
Policy & Procedure Management Module Upload policies and procedures for employees to read, acknowledge, and accept. This information is captured in your employees' training records. When it's time to update your policies, previous versions and records are archived.
KWIKCourse Module Provides administrators with a tool to create online training courses and quizzes utilizing readily-available content development tools such as MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, or links to any online Web service, website or online video. Content objects can be accompanied by a test/quiz that can be taken following the viewing of the content. Additionally, quizzes can be created without a related content object.
Conference / Event Management Module Create, administer, and manage special events, from conferences to seminars to company picnics! Capture attendee information, register for sessions, select meals, pick a t-shirt size, process payments, and more — all the functions you need to make your event successful!
Resource Management Module Resources of all types (white papers, safety alerts, manuals, videos, links, etc.) dynamically appear in the training center. Securely organize and provide resources to your clients and/or your employees.
Media Management Module Manage your DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, or other media that you lend out by allowing users to view and order available media.
