Q. I don't have courses on my course list. What should I do?
A. Most users can click the "Add Courses" button on the left of the page. You can add any course to your course list and take it immediately.
Q. Once I have successfully completed my training, what do I need to do to get my certificate?
A. You may print your own certificate by returning to the Main Lobby and clicking on the Certificate button. The system will allow you to print certificates for courses which you have completed with a score of 80% or better. Remember to change your print setting to Landscape prior to printing.
Q. How do I get a user name and password?
A. Click on the Register Now button and complete the registration page. Upon completion of the registration page, you will immediately receive instructions and have access to your courses. If you provided an email address during registration, your login information will also arrive by email.
Q. I forgot my user name and password. What should I do?
A. If you know your User Name, click
here, enter your User Name, then click Get
Password. The system will email you your password.

Q. How long do I have access to my courses?
A. You have unlimited access to your course for 12 months from the date of registration. Access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Q. How long will it take me to complete my courses?
A. It takes approximately 10 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the course and your Internet connection speed. Most courses take approximately 20 - 60 minutes per topic to complete.
Q. Do I need to have a lot of computer skills to take these courses?
A. No. We provide you with step-by-step instructions,
guiding you through the logon process and course navigation. Remember,
our representatives are available to help you Monday through Friday,

Q. What requirements does my computer need to take this online training?
A. The minimum requirement is a computer with Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 browser, with monitor resolution set at 800 X 600 (or higher).
Q. Does my computer require any special applications to take these online courses?
A. In order to view the interactive portions of each course, you will need to have Flash installed on your computer. Flash is included in Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 or newer browsers. If you don't have Flash on your system, it is an easy and free download, available at Macromedia, which will take about 1 minute on a 56kb modem.
Audio is an enhancement for some courses. You will hear sound in the course if your computer supports audio. However, sound is not required to complete the course.
Q. How do I register for a free demo?

your training. Courses will be available for review for 14 days.
