Q. How do I print a Certificate of Completion?

A. You may print a certificate from your computer after you have successfully completed the course with a score of 80% or better.  Please remember to set your printer to Landscape mode.

Q. How do I get a user name and password?

A. Click on the Register button above and complete the registration page. Upon completion of the registration page, you will immediately receive instructions and have access to your course. If you provided an email address during registration, your login information will also arrive by email.

Q. I forgot my user name and password. What should I do?

A. If you know your User Name, click here, enter your User Name, then click Get Password. The system will email you your password. Otherwise, contact customer support by sending an email to infoACWAJPIA@FirstNetLearning.com or calling us toll-free at (888) 948-4949 x1.

Q. How long do I have access to my courses?

A. Access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Q. How long will it take me to complete my courses?

A. It takes approximately 90 minutes to complete the defensive driver course, depending on your Internet connection speed. You can come and go to the course as many times as you like until you are finished.

Q. Do I need to have advanced computer skills to take these courses?

A. No. We provide you with step-by-step instructions, guiding you through the logon process and course navigation. Q. What requirements does my computer need to support this online training?

A. The minimum requirement is a computer with Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 browser, with monitor resolution set at 800 X 600 (or higher).

Q. Does my computer require any special applications to utilize these online courses?

A. In order to view the interactive portions of each course, you will need to have Flash installed on your computer. Flash is included in Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 or newer browsers. If you don't have Flash on your system, it is an easy and free download, available at Macromedia, which will take about 1 minute on a 56kb modem.

Audio is an enhancement of the defensive driving course. You will hear sound in the course if your computer supports audio. However, sound is not required to complete the defensive driver training.
