Q. Once I have successfully completed my training, what do I need to do to get my certificate?

A. For all courses, you may print your own certificate by returning to the Main Lobby and clicking on the Certificate button. The system will allow you to print certificates for courses which you have completed with a score of 80% or better. Remember to change your print setting to Landscape prior to printing.

Q. Who will know if I have completed my training courses?

A. Our database automatically collects all the training information for each individual. Selected supervisors will have access to the database and will be able to track the training status of each person.

Q. How long will it take me to complete my courses?

A. It takes approximately 20 - 60 minutes to complete each course, depending on your Internet connection speed.

Q. How do I get a password?

A. Click on the Register Now button and complete the registration page. You may select your own user name and password. You will immediately receive instructions and have access to your courses. If you provide an email address during registration, your login information will also arrive by email.

Q. I forgot my user name and password. What should I do?

Q. Do I need to have a lot of computer skills to take this course?

A. No. We provide you with step-by-step instructions, guiding you through the logon process and course navigation. Remember, our representatives are available to help you Monday through Friday, 8-5 MT. Q. What requirements does my computer need to take this online training?

A. The online courses are accessible from any Internet connection. The minimum requirement is a computer with Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 browser set at 800 X 600 (or higher) monitor resolution.

Q. Does my computer require any special applications to take these online courses?

A. In order to view the interactive portions of each course, you will need to have Flash installed on your computer. Flash is included in Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape 4.0 or newer browsers. If you don't have Flash on your system, it is an easy and free download, available at Macromedia, which will take about 1 minute on a 56kb modem. You don't have to download it now. When you start the course, you will be prompted to download.
