Q. Once I have
successfully completed my training, what do
I need to do to get my certificate?
A. You may print your own certificate
by returning to the Main Lobby and
clicking on the Certificate button.
The system will allow you to print certificates
for courses which you have completed with a
score of 80% or better. Your company may be able to set a higher or lower completion score.
Q. How do I get
a user name and password?
A. Click on the Demo Register button and complete the
registration page. Upon completion of the
registration page, you will immediately
receive instructions and have access to
your demo courses. If you provided an email
address during registration, your login
information will also arrive by email.
Q. I forgot my
user name and password. What should I do?
A. If you know your User Name, click
here, enter your User Name, then click Get
Password. The system will email
you your password. Otherwise, contact customer
support by sending an email to infoAcmeWidgets@firstnetlearning.com or
calling us toll-free at (888) 948-4949 x1.
Q. How long do
I have access to my courses?
A. You have unlimited access
to your course for 10 days from the date
of registration. Access is available 24 hours
a day, seven days a week.
Q. How long will
it take me to complete my courses?
A. It takes approximately 30
minutes to 2 hours depending on the course
and your Internet connection speed. Most courses
take approximately 30 - 60 minutes per topic
to complete.
Q. Do I need advanced computer skills to take these
courses?
A. No. We provide you with step-by-step
instructions, guiding you through the logon
process and course navigation. Remember, our
representatives are available to help you Monday
through Friday, 8-5 MT. You may contact us

Q. What requirements
does my computer need to support the online training?
A. The minimum requirement is
a computer with Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape
4.0 browser, with monitor resolution set at
800 X 600 (or higher).
Q. Does my computer
require any special applications to support the
online courses?
A. The great majority of PCs will require no additional software to play the courses. Occasionally, Adobe Flash or Java may have to be installed on your PC in order for the courses to run correctly. If you experience problems with any of the courses, the first step is to download these free programs. They can be downloaded from:

Audio is an enhancement for some courses. You will hear sound in the course if your computer supports audio and speakers are attached and turned on. Sound is not required to complete the courses.
