Lexipol was founded by merging Bruce Praet’s acclaimed policy manual work with Gordon Graham’s innovative “Five Pillars of Success” approach to risk management. Both began their law enforcement careers in 1973. Over the last 37 years each has extended their public safety education and experience, obtaining degrees from law schools while remaining on the force. Their combined 75 years of real world experience in the areas of law, public service and business gave rise to the Lexipol system of risk management, now used by 800+ law enforcement agencies in 9 states, and growing.
